Search for a User Account

The search feature on the Console Users screen allows you to search for a specified text string anywhere within several commonly-used User Account fields, including name, tag, and email address.

To search for a User Account:

  1. Select Admin from the top navigation bar, then select Access > Console Users from the side navigation menu. The Console Users screen is displayed.

  2. Optionally, in the Search field, enter the desired text string.

  1. Click the Search icon. The screen is refreshed to show only the User Accounts that meet your search criteria. If you entered multiple search criteria, the User Account must meet ALL criteria.

  1. To sort the search results, select the desired sort order from the Sort By drop-down menu. The default sort order is by: Name.

  2. Optionally, to remove all search criteria and revert to the default criteria, click the Clear icon.

Once you have found the desired User Account, click it to view the User Account Details screen (see View a User Account for more information).
